Summary of Changes from Previous Version

An audit on Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) compliance, identified amendments required to the Procedures to define a process to address disruptions to welfare arrangements for international students under 18 years. Information has been added to outline a new process for managing disruptions to welfare arrangements for an under 18 years student, including a situation where a student goes missing or an under 18 years student experiences an emergency that disrupts their welfare arrangements.

In addition, clauses 39 and 40 have been updated to replace the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor with the Provost position due to changes in the management structure with the Office of the Provost moving under the Vice-Chancellor and President's portfolio.
