Summary of Changes from Previous Version
On 2 December 2024, the Board of Trustees resolved to disestablish Board Executive Committee with effect from 1 January 2025. As a result, references to this committee have been changed to the Remuneration and Nominations Committee which now has responsibility for relevant functions in this document.
