Summary of Changes from Previous Version

26 November 2020 – typographical error in 23 (2)a. fixed – ‘restriictions’ changed to ‘restrictions’.


15 June 2020 – Global update to replace the position title “Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research and Graduate Studies” to “Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research”.


An additional position has been added to Schedules 1 and 2 of the Student Misconduct Rule (SMR). The position of Director of Learning, Online Education Services has been added to these Schedules to act as an Authorised Officer under the SMR. This has been approved by the Vice-Chancellor using his delegation under Clause 68 (3). This addition has been made to expedite referrals between Online Education Services and the University.
