Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Administrative amendments under Delegation HH15 to reflect portfolio and/or restructure changes and delete references to disestablished positions in accordance with the Board of Trustees approval on 9 April 2025 to realign Divisions for a streamlined leadership structure effective from 12 May 2025, and the Vice-Chancellor's approval under clause 169 of the Rule to add new Senior Authorised Officer positions to Schedule 1 and related Definitions Table. Schedule 2 updated to reflect portfolio changes and related disestablishment of positions effective on 2 July 2025 in regard to positions to whom restriction must be notified with a 24 hour period.
