Summary of Changes from Previous Version
10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.
Section 5, Part A - Roles and Responsibilities(6) - This part has been removed and replaced with responsibilities of nominee as applicants self nominate for these awards.
