Summary of Changes from Previous Version

29 June 2020 – Clause 14 – reference to “Pro Vice-Chancellor, Digital Futures” updated to “Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning Futures”.

The Multimedia Production and Use Policy has been developed to replace the Lecture Recording Policy, along with a set of guidelines called Key Content Capture Guidelines. This replacement policy still provides for the use of recording venues, but also refers to best practice in engaging students with information content. The additional Key Content Guidelines have been designed using data from student engagement and include procedures for staff to consider the types of multimedia to be used.
