Summary of Changes from Previous Version

These amendments are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15 for this Vice-Chancellor approved document. The University Secretary and General Counsel position has been separated into two positions. Functions previously assigned to the combined position have been reassigned to either the new "General Counsel" or "University Secretary" position as relevant. The functions assigned to the University Secretary and General Counsel position in clauses 5, 11, 13, 21, 22, 27 have been reassigned to the "General Counsel" as it relates to legal matters in the Office of General Counsel.
