Summary of Changes from Previous Version
8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.
10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'General Counsel' to 'University Secretary and General Counsel', change of position title from 'Chief Financial Officer' to 'Vice-President, Finance and Resources' and change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.
23 June 2014 - Change to title for Deputy Vice-Chancellor and University Provost as per Board Resolution - Meeting 2014/1. Minor changes have been made to this version of the policy mostly relating to the unit's title to Office of Legal Services, and some refinement of language throughout the document.
