Summary of Changes from Previous Version

01/01/2024: Position name changed from Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost (SDVC & Provost) to Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (SDVC)

13 March 2023 – Clause 12 – Minor Textual Amendment – reference to Delegation HH17 corrected to Delegation HH19.

These amendments are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15. The University Secretary and General Counsel position has been separated into two positions. Functions previously assigned to the combined position have been reassigned to either the new "General Counsel" and/or "University Secretary" position as relevant. The functions previously assigned to the combined position in this document have been assigned to the General Counsel position as it relates to Legal matters.
