Summary of Changes from Previous Version

10 September 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title change for the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor to Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost.

This policy's name has been reordered from Disputes, Claims and Litigation because the policy and procedure are largely focussed on disputes that escalate to litigation . The revised policy makes it explicit that it applies to the University's controlled entities.
