Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy and agreement documents have been revised and combined to simplify and clarify the relationship between the Student Fees Policy and the International Student Fees and Refunds Agreement. The review of these documents also reflects updated terminology, processes and guidelines. The policy has also been updated to reflect current practice, legislative and compliance obligations and the inclusion of additional definitions. The revised policy was supported at the 7 November meeting of Executive Committee and 9 December Academic Senate for the consolidated policy to be made a policy of the Vice-Chancellor.
