Summary of Changes from Previous Version

20 May 2022 – Deleted notes and links to the expired ‘Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument – COVID-19 Policy Response 2021’.

Clause (103) has been amended so that International student fees are due by the first day of session, and not the date of census, thus bringing the due date back in line with pre-Covid-19 arrangements. This amendment is necessary to ensure the Student Fees Policy is consistent with the International Student Fees and Refund Agreement, and to overcome compliance issues with respect to PRISMS reporting and the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act. The policy remains due for a comprehensive review in March 2022.
