Summary of Changes from Previous Version

30 July 2021 – Inserted the note and hyperlink to the new Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument – COVID-19 Policy Response 2021 and referenced the expired Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument.

20 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title change for the Senior Manager, Student Administration to Senior Manager, Completion, Enrolment and Load Data.

15 May 2020 – Inserted note and hyperlink for the Suspension or Variation Instrument – Enrolment Changes currently in place due to the COVID-19 crisis.

A review was commenced to ensure key student administration policies encompass University partner provider arrangements. The changes to this revised version include adjustments to definitions in Clause 5 k, l, and r; and editorial and minor terminology amendments.
