Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This revised policy was approved at the 12 August 2022 Academic Senate [AS 22/04:04]. The following changes were made: - remove outdated references and outline that subjects and results relevant to the conferred award are provided on an AHEGS - update definitions - clarify and simplify language and remove duplication - reflect University new structure nomenclature and terminology - reflect new University processes, for example, students no longer required to apply to graduate
