8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

The title of the procedure has been amended to replace 'UWS' with 'University' in accordance with the University's rebranding, and email/web addresses have been updated.

4 August 2017 – Policy amended to reflect the position and unit title change of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Research and Development to ‘Research, Engagement, Development and International’.

11 February 2020 – Global update to replace the unit title “Research Engagement, Development and Innovation (REDI)” to “Research Services”.

04/01/2023: Division name changed from Finance Office (FINO) to Finance Office (Finance Office).

5/03/2024: System Administrator Fix – fixed hyperlinks to email addresses that were linking to URL’s instead of the email address.

25/09/2024: Division Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Research, Enterprise and International (ODVC&VP, REI) replaced with Office of the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Research, Enterprise and Global (OSDVC & VP, REG)
