Summary of Changes from Previous Version

30 July 2021 – Inserted the note and hyperlink to the new Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument  – COVID-19 Policy Response 2021 and referenced the expired Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument.


6 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update placeholder for Academic Senate and Academic Appeals and Integrity Committee from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record.


20 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title changes for the Director, Student Administration to Director, Data, Integrity, Quality and Operations.


16 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect position title change for Senior Manager, Equity and Diversity to Director, Equity, Diversity and Support.


The policy has been revised to amend the references to the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, which was replaced by the Doctor of Medicine as the University’s professional entry medical program from January 2020. Part B has been updated to use the term Professional Entry Medical Programs in place of Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), and references to unit codes have been removed.
