Summary of Changes from Previous Version

21 November 2016 - Policy amended to reflect unit title change of the 'Office of People and Culture' to the "Office of Human Resources".

Clause 44 has been amended to replace the requirement on managers and supervisors to 'ensure' no victimisation occurs against a person who makes a complaint, to 'take steps to prevent' victimisation so occurring, and a similar change was made to the Discrimination, Harassment, Vilification and Victimisation Prevention Policy. Amendments have also been made to update position titles, update Act names and replace references to the abbreviation 'UWS' in accordance with the University's rebranding.
