Summary of Changes from Previous Version

31 August 2022 – System Administrator Fix – fix broken hyperlink to the Sex Discrimination Act 1994.


The administrative amendments to this document are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15. The policy has been updated to reflect the new nomenclature of the Student Management System (SMS). The terminology changes (as relevant) include:


‘course’ to ‘program’; ‘unit’ to ‘subject’; ‘teaching session’ to ‘term’; ‘key program’ to ‘major’; ‘specialisation’ to ‘major’; ‘sub-major’ to minor’; ‘advanced standing’ to ‘Credit for Prior Learning’; ‘special consideration’ to ‘Disruption to Studies’; and ‘enrol in units’ to ‘register in subjects’.
