Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy and associated guidelines have been reviewed to update terminology in relations to sexual orientation and non-binary gender, as required by recent changes in legislation and the benchmarking requirements of the Employer Award scheme of the Australian Workplace Equity Index.
