Summary of Changes from Previous Version

21 November 2016 - Policy amended to reflect unit title change of the 'Office of People and Culture' to the "Office of Human Resources".

8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

28 January 2016 - Amended policy to remove references to the expired Misconduct - Student Non-Academic Misconduct Policy and replace with the new Student Misconduct Rule.

Clause 15f has been amended to replace a provision for the University to aim to 'guarantee' protection from victimisation or reprisals for being involved in a complaint under the policy, with to 'provide' such protection. Amendments have been made to replace references to 'UWS' with 'the University' in accordance with the University's rebranding. The position of Vice-President or nominee has been included as a unit head for the purposes of the policy and a DVC or Vice-President can designate other unit heads.
