Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The revised policy has been prepared to expand and strengthen the principles, objectives and strategies to become an employer of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, The revised policy has been benchmarked against policies of other universities and national and international standards and requirements that relate to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples' employment and engagement (in the context of employment) in other organisations.
