Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The fields of achievement have been updated in Part D to include the notion of leadership in all three areas and a refinement of the Leadership, Service and Engagement field, previously Leadership and Governance. Sections were removed from the policy and more appropriately placed within the procedures document and clarification was provided on promotion quotas, timelines and Teaching Focused Roles.
