24 August 2020 – The Right to Information Policy has been retired effective 24 August 2020. Information related to the Right to Information is located on the University’s Right to Information web site at: 1 July 2019 – Preliminary review completed – a full review is currently underway – to be completed by 30 June 2020. 8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.Right to Information Policy

From July 1 2010 the NSW Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) came into force replacing the Freedom of Information Act (1989). The Policy has been amended to reflect this change.
