This Bullying Prevention Policy and Guidelines have been reviewed to update terminology in relation to sexual orientation and non-binary gender, as required by recent changes in legislation and the benchmarking requirements of the Employer Award scheme of the Australian Workplace Equity Index (AWEI). See clauses 6d and 6e of the policy.
