Summary of Changes from Previous Version

16 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect unit title change for the Equity and Diversity Unit to Equity, Diversity and Support.

19 December 2016 - Policy amended to reflect unit title change of the "Office of Organisational Development" to "Talent and Leadership Development".

15 November 2016 - Policy amended to reflect unit title change of the 'Office of People and Culture' to the "Office of Human Resources".

8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

22 August 2014 - Policy amended to delete references to redundant titles and replace with the correct title: Student Equity and Welfare Services changed to Student Welfare Service; Counselling and Disability Services replaced by two separate service units Counselling Service and Disability Service.
