Summary of Changes from Previous Version
Clause 18 specifies that agreements must be approved by the relevant Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
Clause 24 provides a termination clause for circumstances where the University has concerns of a serious nature related to the quality of provider delivery.
Clauses 26 and 27 clarify the processes for Private Providers.
Minor editorial changes and changes to committee terminology have been made to a number of clauses throughout.
