Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy has been amended to reflect changes to position, committees and unit titles and movement of responsibilities, as a result of the new leadership and management structure approved by the Board of Trustees and effective 1 January 2012. Results are now required to be reported to Acaemic Senate's Assessment Committee.
