Summary of Changes from Previous Version
The amendments extend the officers who are able to direct the affixing of the seal, amend the officer who is responsible for the secure custody of the seal, specify the types of documents to which the seal must and may be affixed, include the ability to use facsimile or electronic versions of the seal and signatures for certain documents, set out how the University may authenticate an instrument without the seal, extend the information to be included on the register of instruments sealed and authenticated, and introduce provisions relating to the misuse of the seal.
