10 September 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title change for Executive Director, Estate and Commercial to Chief Estate and Commercial Officer. 11 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update placeholders for the Human Research Ethics Committee from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record. Most of the changes relate to the updating of position titles and references, removing duplicated clauses and simplifying the language for clarity.
