Summary of Changes from Previous Version

28 July 2020 – Preliminary Review Complete – a full review of this policy is currently underway.

13 November 2019 – Policy updated to reflect position title change – Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning Transformations renamed Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning Futures.

Policy amendments recognise that the surveys are now administered online. Minor editorial updates have also been included, updating titles and removing redundant or repetitive clauses. These were approved at the February 2017 meeting of Academic Senate.[AS 17:01/05] Procedures have been removed from the Policy as the online process is managed centrally. New Guidelines are being developed and will be published once the new survey format, online platform and administration have been finalised.
