Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Minor changes to Clauses 11 and 12 to clarify ambiguity: Clause (11) d adjusted to recognise that the three consecutive days qualifier applies to preparation or study towards an assessment and not to situations of serious disruption during the performance of an examination or assessment. Amendment in clause (12) c which refers to circumstances that are not considered to be serious or unavoidable disruptions regarding unspecified health conditions or generalised symptoms of being unwell, tired or stressed, including stress from - replacing ‘exams’ with ‘an assessment’.
