Summary of Changes from Previous Version
Administrative Amendments under Delegation HH16: University terminology 'teaching and learning' has changed to 'learning and teaching' consistent with the commencement of the new Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning and Teaching' in April 2024 and the revision of the 'Teaching and Learning - Fundamental Code' which will be published as the 'Learning and Teaching Policy' in April 2024 after submission to Academic Senate on 12 April 2024.

27/2/2025: Minor Textual Amendment – clause 4b – updated to delete reference to retired ‘Deferred Exam Procedures’ and replace with ‘Examinations Policy’.
12/11/2024: System Administrator Fix – clause 15 typographical error fixed – replaced ‘s’ with ‘a’ in front of Disruption to Studies Provision in second sentence.
