24 January 2023 – System Administrator Fix – Updated placeholder for School Academic Committee from Division-based to Committee/Group-based record. 24 March 2022 – document amended to update all references to the title “Academic Course Advisor” to the new title “Academic Program Advisor”. At its 13 August 2021 meeting, Academic Senate approved the revised Examinations Policy, (resolution AS 21/04:04).
