Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Review of Grade Policy has been redrafted as associated procedures to the Assessment Policy. The main changes to the document include:
- The consolidation of review of grade principles into the Assessment Policy alongside other grade information.
- The creation of a supporting Assessment Procedures - Review of Grade to stipulate the review of grade process.
- Abolishing the $50 fee for review of grade applications for passing grades to address equity concerns associated with charging for applications and to reflect the fact that a majority of fees are refunded causing a sub-optimal student experience and administrative inefficiencies.
