Summary of Changes from Previous Version

These amendments are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15 for this Academic Senate approved document. The University Secretary and General Counsel position has been separated into two positions. Functions previously assigned to the combined position have been reassigned to either the new "General Counsel" or "University Secretary" position as relevant. The function assigned to the University Secretary and General Counsel position in clause 25 has been reassigned to the "General Counsel" position as it relates to a legal function.
