Summary of Changes from Previous Version
11 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update placeholder for Board of Trustees from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record.
16 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect unit title change for the Equity and Diversity Unit to Equity, Diversity and Support.
30 November 2020 – the document has been amended to reflect the renamed position title Executive Director, Human Resources to Chief People Officer.

26 February 2016 - Amended clause 55, 96 and 108 to remove redundant position title Director HR Strategy and Services and replace with Executive Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development.
This is a minor review involving amendments to Part D, Internal Secondments, inclusion of a due diligence clause to highlight risk minimisation associated with recruitment and selection issues, acknowledgement of the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders contribution and clarification of gender balance requirement for selection panels. Some amendments have been made to wording and where it is necessary to reflect changes in titles and units involved in recruitment and selection.
