Summary of Changes from Previous Version

19 October 2010 - Preliminary Review Completed - Minor changes underway.



This is a completely reviewed version of the policy due to the adoption of new technology and changes to University strategy. A new online recruitment system, eRecruit, has been implemented and therefore some recruitment and selection procedures have changed. The University has implemented a number of employment strategies to encourage a broader pool of applicants to apply for positions, in particular targetting Indigenous Australians and people with disabilities and this is reflected in the new policy.
