Summary of Changes from Previous Version

10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.



9 February 2012 -This policy has been amended to reflect the changes to the leadership and management structure approved by the Board of Trustees in July 2011, and effective 1 January 2012.

17 August 2011 - Preliminary Review Completed - No changes required. The amendment relates to the addition of Section 4, Procedures, Clause 7 which requires that, prior to an offer being made, the Director, Indigenous Employment and Engagement be notified if a position is Indigenous Identified or is to be extended to a person who identifies as an Indigenous Australian.
