4 March 2022 - Update all references to position ‘Chief Information and Digital Officer’ with renamed title ‘Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Security Officer’. The changes to the Policy include: • clarification that the University does not provide anonymous Internet access so as to comply with legislation; • clarification about what systems and/or data former staff and students can access; • direction to use standard email signature blocks; and • a clarification that the use of the University’s email system as a user’s only email solution is not supported.
