Summary of Changes from Previous Version

8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

12 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of division/unit name from 'Information Technology Services' to 'Information Technology and Digital Services'

10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Chief Information Officer' to 'Chief Information and Digital Officer'

January 2014 - the review is ongoing. A revised version of this policy is expected to be available by end April 2014.

April 2013 - the policy is being reviewed as part of a complementary review of the IT Acceptable Use of Resources Policy.

15 February 2012 - policy updated to reflect new leadership and management structure effective 1 January 2012.

18 April 2011 - changes have been made to reflect the introduction of the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009 which replaces the Freedom of Information Act. Clauses Amended: 4
