Summary of Changes from Previous Version

30 July 2021 – Inserted the note and hyperlink to the new Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument – COVID-19 Policy Response 2021 and referenced the expired Policy Suspension or Variation Instrument.

4 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – corrected the placeholder related to the expired unit ‘College’ and replaced with the correct placeholder to reference ‘The College’.

20 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title change for the Senior Manager, Student Administration to Senior Manager, Completion, Enrolment and Load Data.

An additional Clause (57) has been added to address an issue relating to the Withdrawal Without Academic and Financial Penalty process. One definition was also added in Clause (3) to cover 'Special Requirements', as well as some minor amendments in Clause (61) relating to Special Requirements.
