Summary of Changes from Previous Version

These changes are to ensure alignment with the recently published Academic Appeals Procedures and to update definitions to encompass University partner provider arrangements. The amendments to Clause (1) and Section 2 update definitions to include University partner providers. The amendments to a number of other clauses simplify language, remove system names and clarify for application to University partner providers; remove reference to UniTrack; align language to Academic Appeals Procedures.
