Summary of Changes from Previous Version

18 November 2016 - Policy amended to reflect position title change of the Executive Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development to Executive Director, Human Resources.

14 April 2016 - The associated Clinical Loadings Schedule amended to increase loading rates by 3.25% from 8 April 2016 in line with the Enterprise Agreement increase.

26 February 2016 - Amended clause 7 and 8 to remove the redundant position title Director, HR Strategy and Services and replace with Executive Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development.

Clauses 7 & 8 amended to give
