Summary of Changes from Previous Version

10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'



23 June 2014 - Policy amended to reflect the position title change of the DVC Corporate Strategy and Services to the DVC and University and Provost.
