Summary of Changes from Previous Version

10 July 2020 – Globally replaced all references to the “Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research, Engagement, Development and International” with the ‘Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research, Enterprise and International”.

25 June 2019 – Preliminary review completed – no change required.

4 August 2017 – Policy amended to reflect the position and unit title change of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Research and Development to ‘Research, Engagement, Development and International ‘.

21 November 2016 - Policy amended to reflect unit and position title change - Office of People and Culture to Office of Human Resources and Executive Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development to Executive Director, Human Resources.

8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

26 February 2016 - Amended clauses 16a and 26e to remove redundant position title, Director HR Strategy and Services and replace with Executive Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development.

The policy has been amended to replace references to the now redundant positions, Deputy Vice-

Chancellor and University Provost and Executive Director, People and Culture.
