Summary of Changes from Previous Version

24 January 2023 – System Administrator Fix – Updated placeholder for University Executive from Division-based to Committee/Group-based record.

These administrative amendments are submitted for approval under Delegation HH15. The policy has been updated to reflect the new nomenclature of the Student Management System (SMS). The terminology changes (as relevant) include:

‘course’ to ‘program’; ‘unit’ to ‘subject’; ‘teaching session’ to ‘term’; ‘key program’ to ‘major’; ‘specialisation’ to ‘major’; ‘sub-major’ to minor’; ‘advanced standing’ to ‘Credit for Prior Learning’; ‘special consideration’ to ‘Disruption to Studies’; and ‘enrol in units’ to ‘register in subjects’.
