Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy has been amended to:

a. remove the requirement to list Dean's Medal recipients in the Graduation Booklet;

b. provide coverage of the new postgraduate Dean's Medal;

c. remove provisions covering aegrotat awards (which will be covered in the "Posthumous Awards and Aegrotat Grades Policy); and

d. update terminolgy to reflect recent changes (e.g. 'advanced standing' replaces 'academic credit').
