Summary of Changes from Previous Version

These changes are to ensure alignment with the recently published Academic Appeals Procedures and to update definitions to encompass University partner provider arrangements. The amendments to Section 2 update definitions; amendments made to a number of Clauses simplify language, remove system names and clarify for application to University partner providers; update progression Clauses to align with existing University Policies; remove reference to specific excluded course from the Policy and add reference to the eligible list of courses available on the Course Transfer webpage; amend Appeals clause to align with the Academic Appeals Procedures.
