Summary of Changes from Previous Version
12 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of division/unit name from 'Information Technology Services' to 'Information Technology and Digital Services'.
10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of position title from 'Chief Information Officer' to Chief Information and Digital Officer'.
The revised policy contains amendments to clause 18 which extend the policy to the monitoring of staff use of University computers and IT systems to any device that is connected to the University's network, regardless of who owns the device, and clarifies what that monitoring can include. Examples of the devices that are monitored are now set out in clause 25 in the Guidelines section of the document
