Summary of Changes from Previous Version
11 November 2015 - amend clause 28 - new policy title Records and Archives Management Policy.
10 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of division/unit title from 'Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research and Development' to 'Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, research and Development' and 'Vice-Chancellor to Vice-Chancellor and President'.
