Administrative changes under Delegation HH15 due to the restructure of the Division of Finance and Resources: Amendments to listed clauses reflect the functions and responsibilities allocated to the new 'Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer' and 'Vice-President, Infrastructure and Commercial' portfolios.
